I'd forgotten that the court case was still trundling along. From the few documents that are available, it looks like the "Plaintiffs" are just grinding out anything they can now to keep this dragging on.

Looks like they reached a settlement. If I'm interpreting right, it looks like the end comes within 60 days of March 1:

REPORT of Settlement Conference. As a result of the mediation proceedings held on March 1, 2023, it is REPORTED that the parties settled this matter upon mutually agreeable terms.
