Resources Credits (RC) System May Affect Operations of The NobleBot

Hello Everybody!

How are you doing after the HF 20? Steem Blockchain got its most anticipated update and we all are waiting for the chain to reach its equilibrium and get used to our transactions. I personally love the changes this update has brought.

As many of the witnesses and reputable users brought forward that the current RC system is very limiting and may harm the growth of the platform as new users and low SP users may not be able to socialize as we were used to doing.

@noblebot might be one of them. If you do not know @noblebot comments if it finds PRIVATE POSTING keys, sends micro transfers warning users who have posted PRIVATE MEMO KEY.

NobleBot also transfers victim's liquid balances to savings in case of PRIVATE ACTIVE KEY and changes MASTER PASSWORD if it finds one. So, I am guessing if the victim doesn't have enough RC to broadcast these transactions, the bot may not perform as it should.

I was planning to write this post from the @noblebot account but that account doesn't have any usable RC left for making a post because I have warned a user and voted that for visibility.

Steemit Inc has released v0.20.4 today which will increase the current maximum RC of an account by 10 times.

I am sincerely hoping with time RC requirements for transactions will go down and v0.20.4 will solve the RC problem for @noblebot and may low SP users. If not I may have to delegate a small amount of SP or lease SP from the market to keep it operational.
