So memo is your actual wallet address to send "Steem" to? or does that send it straight to "Steem Power".

Well, memo and account name is our wallet address.
It doesn't send straight to steem power since what we are sending is "Steem" so.. it would go to your steem wallet balance.
If you wanna power up, u got to press the "power up" tab next to "steem" balance
