Do you have any idea when exactly the IEO will take place and on which exchange/s?

I know it says Q4 2019 in the road map but any further idea/plans on which month etc?

    It will be finished in Q3 - July / Aug. Exact dates TBD. XR tokens are already usable on the MainNet though and you can staking XR land on first come first serve basis
