These days... I've noticed that less and less people tend to go around into a discovery hunting mode looking for newish and fresh content to vote and curate across the NEW tab of steemit.com. Or for that matter, in any of the other front-end UIs athwart of the many, multiple and diverse Tribes and user interfaces deployed upon the steem blockchain.

And I have to confess, that lately, for some time, I've been also one of them. Well yeah, who wouldn't wanna optimize their time online? ¿riGHT?

However, I really wonder how that will play out against the so cackled onboarding process that many high profile steemians are talking about.

Then, I guess that for an early adopter of this blockchained Social Network project and as an old user, already veteran digital explorer, who already has seen, felt and experimented in their own flesh the many HFs, changes, swings, pivotings, swaps & switches that have been happening here along these last three years of steeminated existence.

The fact that one start to think that it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. Being one of those who occasionally wonders what the goal, objective or procedure is or should be now to accomplish the long-awaited predictions, expectancy and results.

• How to increase the interest of the mass in our project?
• How to increase the value of our token and its underlying economy?
• How to keep happy and encouraged and retain our current acolytes?
• How to? How to? How to? ...Yeah! I suppose you already get the point.

It is true that throughout all these three years, I have already made a very nutritious and select list of authors who I 'disciplinedly' follow to consume their valuable content as a large part of my daily diet of news, novelties, information and new knowledge. And beware, I say 'disciplinedly' here as a simple metaphor of 'lazily' you know?

It's always easier just revisit our feed page everyday to try to fulfill your appetite during the barely few hours that you tend to spend online in the steem blockchain each and everyday. ¿Am I wrong?

Oh yeah! I'm also aware most of us also spend a big deal of time simply checking and going across how many comments we've got on our posts. To read them entirely and then try to drop a thoughtful reply, some trivial acknowledgement or simply say thanks. Yeah, I know you pretty well. };)

But, after that ¿What? What kind of new activity you follow next? Yep, I can see you. You come back, one more time, to click again on your 'my feed' link to continue consuming the content of the usual authors. Dontcha?

• How many of you actually visit on purpose the profile or blog of any specific user, steemian or author who you don't follow to check with what new stuff he/she has come up?

• How many of you actually click & check the NEW Tab simply to be aware of how many crap or gems lives over there?

• How many of you are indeed willing to resteem a post beyond of simply reading it, upvoting or downvoting it and 'curate' it?

• Yeah snowflakes. The HF21 is already showing its nose around the corner to be approved and put into effect in just one week.

• Are you gonna miss now that succulent 50% of CURATION rewards extracted from authors pockets refraining from ReSteeming a post?

• Yes of course! Go outside your tiny bubble of ordinary content consumption and find from now on new and unique gems out there where no one has been before. And then, ReSteem more suckers!!

• Do you even didn't forget to drop a thoughtful and provoking comment on those posts before have done anything of the above?
