Let’s hope they fix this voting issue soon?

This whole voting issue is really something, looks like the conversion to mana and rescource credits went a bit wonky.

I have faith that things will get sorted out before long, but I can’t find a clear answer about what the solution is.

It looks like a lot of people are assuming we need to just wait the 5 days for our power to recharge again, but I’m not sure.

Does anyone have any answers or insight into this?

    You just have to wait 5 days to get back to full voting power. Here's a statement about it from Steemit Inc. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it to get it back faster.

    Many users are experiencing an issue where voting power appears to drop dramatically upon first using the blockchain after HF20. We have diagnosed the cause for this and confirmed that the issue will resolve within 5 days and does not require a hardfork.

    This issue affects everyone equally (aside from those accounts which have not voted in the past 5 days) and once voting power regenerates over the next 5 days, this type of behavior will not present again.

      I really don't see any issue now. I tend to vote and comment a lot more than most people, and I am not in danger of running out of mana.

      @roadscape is updating steemd frequently to put in new calculations of the estimated number of operations your account can perform with the mana you have available.

      Nobody should be worrying about running out of mana any more. Voting power is recharging normally now, too. Tomorrow when Steeemauto comes back online, we will be back in business.

        Hey @phelimint, you can check your mana and RC on Steemd.com/@username. You can see the regen and your credits etc.. i.e. I have the following:
        Enough credits for approximately:
        83 comments
        100+ votes
        100+ transfers/powerups

        There is a calc on the cost of transactions too.
        Approx costs:
        comments 14,200,000,000
        votes 2,800,000,000
        transfers/powerups 2,700,000,000

          Everything seems to be fine on my account. Hang in there, it will all iron out soon. My power is low but still able to upvote.
