What bots do you refer to?
We want to build features so that the comment sections and everything are virtually the same between the steemit post and the Wordpress website. That way, the author can engage with the audience on their blog and both him and the people reading and commenting can benefit from all the benefits that the STEEM blockchain brings to users. So in the end it should not feel automated, as all the interactions will be made between people, just on different interfaces.
If you mean some of the bots that upvoted this post then that was not something I or we used, but was given by @budgets that supports projects that develop new applications for STEEM.
Last note: it's important to note that steemit is just one interface for the STEEM blockchain.
