(Suggestion) Requesting a couple of features from @shaunmza regarding followers and following.steemCreated with Sketch.

First of all thank you for Steem Followers (https://steem.makerwannabe.com).

Secondly, please forgive the selfish and opportunistic nature of these requests/suggestions.

Followers and following on one page

Currently, when I search a username on Steem Followers, on the same page, I only get data on users that have followed that username but I do not get data on users that username has followed. In order to compare the activity or events between two usernames, I have to search both usernames on two different pages and switch between the two pages.

Suggestion

How about having data on both followers and following for a username on the same page in two separate side by side columns where events on both columns are chronologically matched as if they belong to the same column.
Too much?

The following is a crude visual:

Follow-then-unfollow-after-I-follow-back

@hilarski speaks of a follow-then-unfollow-after-I-follow-back tendency that is mostly prevalent on Instagram.

Suggestion

Since the main purpose of the first suggestion is to more easily identify cases of follow-then-unfollow-after-I-follow-back, how about highlighting incidences when a user follows you and then unfollows you after you follow back. I know it is possible to glance over the data and identify such cases but highlighting it would help a lot, especially those users with a lot of followers, unlike me.

...

Thanks in advance for your further contribution.

Awesome suggestions, I want to add the details on who the user follows, just not sure how to display it. Your suggestion would work well on a wide screen but maybe not so well on a phone?

I absolutely hate when random people follow me, only to stop when I follow them back. It happens a lot on Twitter too, one of the reasons I never visit it anymore.

I am sure I can highlight such cases.

I am just busy with something else right now, but will have a go at making changes soon.

Thanks for the suggestions! 👌

How about using one column/table.
Each event in a box/container with different coloured margins for followers and following events.
Then different colours for the text to separate follows, unfollows and mutes.

The final column/table to have the following in chronological order:

Followers follows (when another user follows you) - green margin around yellow text
Followers unfollows (when another user unfollows you) - green margin around purple text
Followers mutes (when another user mutes you) - green margin around orange text
Following follows (when you follow another user) - red margin around yellow text
Following unfollows (when you unfollow another user) - red margin around purple text
Following mutes (when you mute another user) - red margin around orange text

The end result risks being too much colour but might allow for speedy analysis.
