Correva il 12.09.2017 ore 09:21: con l'Id 365,649 nasce il mio account nella blockchain di Steem.

Ormai è giunto anche il giorno del mio secondo compleanno qui in Steem e come sempre quando si materializza un anniversario, è tempo di bilanci.

Credo che la testimonianza di un utente sempre attivo in questi due anni è molto importante soprattutto perchè questo è un momento fondamentale per questa blockchain; da una parte c'è stato un appuntamento fondamentale per il suo sviluppo, mi riferisco all'HF21/22 e un altro in arrivo (mi riferisco al rilascio degli SMT), e dall'altra ci sono le difficoltà del mercato delle criptovalute che funge da freno all'entusiasmo che naturalmente sarebbe scaturito dalle questo tipo di avvenimenti e di novità in arrivo.

In ogni caso, anche se non mi piace scrivere posts in queste circostanze, ho deciso di scrivere comunque perchè questo post vuole essere una risposta al pessimismo dilagante, ai piagnistei, agli alibi che si trovano per allontanarsi da Steem e svendere i propri token.. risposta che viene da una persona che ha vissuto praticamente tutte le esperienze che questa blockchain è stata in grado di offrirgli, dai post con guadagno a tripla cifra senza il supporto di alcun bot di voto ai downvote con l'unica colpa di essere finito in mezzo a una flag war o aver raggiunto un livello troppo alto per un autore che non appartiene ad alcun gruppo.

Fatto sta che io sono ancora qui e ho addirittura raddoppiato l'impegno, visto che scrivo da questo profilo con il quale continuo a portare avanti il mio progetto di curation e ho cominciato a scrivere anche con @miti.blog, nato inizialmente per riprendere a tenere un blog inteso in maniera classica e che invece è diventato una costola di @miti curation project ma dedicato completamente ai post che purtroppo passano inosservati e che invece meriterebbero ben altro tributo.

In sostanza #newsteem mi ha spinto a dedicarmi anche a quegli autori meritevoli ma che non riescono a farsi notare; in questo spirito nasce questa nuova costola del progetto che spero venga notata da qualche orca o balena che voglia supportare non tanto me quanto gli autori che metto in evidenza nel "@miti Curation Project: Undervalued Deserving Contents".

Torniamo al mio steemiversario... molto gentilmente anche @steemitboard me lo ha ricordato..

Ma perchè mantengo vivo l'entusiasmo?

Una domanda apparentemente semplice ma che nasconde una serie di considerazioni da fare. Innanzitutto perchè Steem rappresenta una blockchain dalle potenzialità inimmaginabili; fermatevi a riflettere e lo comprenderete anche voi.. inoltre continua a mantenere vivo l'interesse di centinaia di migliaia di persone e sopravvive a progetti concorrenti che partono in pompa magna per finire sempre allo stesso modo: il fallimento.

Steem sta proponendo una serie di Dapps che farebbero invidia a qualsiasi blockchain concorrente, oltre ad avere una soluzione intelligente come Steem Engine che permette alle community di avere il proprio token in maniera semplice e veloce; a differenza di uno SMT che richiederebbe un grosso impegno per ogni modifica, un token su SE offre una flessibilità che non lo pone in diretta concorrenza con gli Smart Media Token.

Quello che ho notato è che molto spesso viene accostata la propria frustrazione personale all'andamento di Steem e quindi non ottenere risultati su questa piattaforma viene visto come un fallimento di quest'ultima piuttosto che come l'occasione di farsi un esame di coscienza.

Ho avuto enormi difficoltà due anni fa nel trovare una mia strada per costruire qualcosa, ma a furia di provarci ci sono riuscito e nonostante il tempo perso in iniziative di gruppo che si sono rivelate fallimentari e improntate più all'interesse personale che alla crescita di una collettività, posso dire di aver creato dei rapporti e delle interazioni che mi permettono oggi di avere la stima di moltissima gente.

Il mio bilancio.... non considerando gli steem acquistati in questa fase di mercato molto favorevole per incrementare il proprio wallet e quindi avere più influenza nella blockchain, ho accumulato circa 10k SP in due anni. Cioè più della metà del mio wallet attuale.
Non male direi, considerando che mi sono sempre mosso in solitaria e ho sempre tenuto una condotta in linea con le regole (scritte e non scritte) di Steem.

Non credo ci sia da aggiugere molto se non che con la volontà e con la giusta forma mentis, ogni obiettivo è raggiungibile e che nelle fasi di difficoltà bisogna trovare la forza per rialzarsi e puntare sempre più in alto.
Non vorrei peccare di presunzione ma credo di essere un esempio per gli altri.. un utente che è riuscito ad avere un discreto successo e questo con impegno e dedizione ma soprattutto senza ricorrere a sotterfugi.

Questi sono solo alcuni dei miei traguardi... alcuni sono notevoli e soprendono anche me, ma sono comunque numeri che derivano dalla mia partecipazione attiva a questa blockchain e dal piacere che comunque questo mi procura.

Questo è il segreto: provare piacere in quello che si fa, l'unico modo per superare i propri limiti e scoprire che nessun obiettivo ci è precluso.

Due anni in Steem.. sono qui per restare e vivere da vicino quello che sarà un progetto che rivoluzionerà il modo di vivere Internet.

I think that the testimony of a user always active in these two years is very important especially because this is a key moment for this blockchain, on the one hand there was a key appointment for its development, I refer to the HF21/22 and another incoming (I refer to the release of SMTs), and on the other hand there are the difficulties of the market of crypto currencies that acts as a brake on the enthusiasm that would naturally arise from these types of events and news coming.

In any case, even if I don't like to write posts in these circumstances, I decided to write anyway because this post wants to be an answer to the rampant pessimism, to the whimperers, to the alibis that are to get away from Steem and sell off their tokens.. answer that comes from a person who has experienced virtually all the experiences that this blockchain has been able to offer him, from posts with triple-digit gain without the support of any voting bots to downvote with the only fault of having ended up in the middle of a flag war or having reached a level too high for an author who does not belong to any group.

The fact is that I'm still here and I've even doubled my commitment, since I write from this profile with which I continue to carry on my project of curation and I started to write with @miti.blog, born initially to resume to keep a blog understood in a classical way and that instead has become an offshoot of @miti curation project but dedicated entirely to posts that unfortunately go unnoticed and that instead deserve much more tribute.

In essence #newsteem pushed me to dedicate myself also to those deserving authors who can't get noticed; in this spirit this offshoot of the project is born and I hope it will be noticed by some orca or whale who wants to support not so much me as the authors that I highlight in the "@miti Curation Project: Undervalued Deserving Contents".

But why do I keep the excitement alive?

A question that is apparently simple but that hides a series of considerations to be made. First of all because Steem is a blockchain with unimaginable potential; stop and think and you will understand it too... it also keeps alive the interest of hundreds of thousands of people and survives competing projects that start with great pomp to end up always the same way: failure.

Steem is proposing a series of Dapps that would make any competing blockchain envious, as well as having an intelligent solution like Steem Engine that allows communities to have their own tokens quickly and easily; unlike an SMT that would require a great deal of effort for every change, a token on SE offers a flexibility that does not put it in direct competition with Smart Media Tokens.

What I've noticed is that very often one approaches one's personal frustration to Steem's performance and therefore not getting results on this platform is seen as a failure of Steem rather than as an opportunity to take an examination of conscience.

I had enormous difficulties two years ago in finding my own way to build something, but in a fury of trying I succeeded and despite the time lost in group initiatives that proved to be unsuccessful and based more on personal interest than on the growth of a community, I can say that I have created relationships and interactions that allow me today to have the esteem of many people.

My budget ..... not considering the steem purchased in this phase of the market very favorable to increase your own wallet and thus to have more influence in the blockchain, I have accumulated about 10k SP in two years. That is more than half of my current wallet.
Not bad I would say, considering that I have always moved alone and I have always acted in line with the rules (written and unwritten) of Steem.

I do not think there is much to add except with the will and with the right mindset, every goal is achievable and that in times of difficulty you have to find the strength to get up and aim higher and higher.
I don't want to sin of presumption but I think I'm an example for others... a user who has managed to have a fair amount of success and this with commitment and dedication but above all without resorting to subterfuge.

These are just a few of my goals... some are remarkable and surprise me too, but they are numbers that derive from my active participation in this blockchain and from the pleasure that this gives me anyway.

This is the secret: to feel pleasure in what you do, the only way to overcome your limits and discover that no goal is precluded.

Two years in Steem... I'm here to stay and live closely what will be a project that will revolutionize the way we live the Internet.
