Many of us have lost most everything by trusting steemit. My account was worth $800 a year ago, now it's worth $50.

Steemit hasn't delivered. It's not really Decentralized, as @ned controls the updates, because the witnesses don't do their jobs, by standing up to Stinc and blindly instituting ALL @ned's updates.

Also, 20 miners(witnesses) is a bottle neck, pure and simple. The governance is a joke and the creation of an Oligarchy by linking one's wallet to a user's power is harmful in itself.

Couple that with the fact that Steemit does not promote organic interaction, it's hardly a Social Media Platform. Discord is where most go for this.

You blind followers are the problem! Regurgitating obvious lies, just because your new shepherd says it. Then, when someone calls out the bullshit, the sheop create dumb ass rationales to keep themselves duped.

See, the Oligarchy decides whats seen, so soft censorship is happening and the truth gets flagged and bullshit earns.

Quit changing your shepherd and become Shepherds, instead of blind followers.

Steemit through front ends like Muse and Steepshot have brought selfies, food shots and one liners to the platform and destroyed it.

Steemit is a joke destined to fail and only the Oligarchy can profit now. This proves that barring a huge change, Steemit is a ponzi scheme, period.
