Recently, Koreans have had some fun ideas in 'Steemit' KakaoTalk.(Korean SNS app).
I thought it was a good idea to be hoping that the ideas discussed at this time were posted by somebody.
And I wanted it to be translated into English according to the idea.
As time went by, I did not post any related posts yet, so I post them myself.
This idea is an idea that has been discussed in a space where some of the recent community users are communicating. (It may have already been discussed in Steemit.)

Currently Steemit is posted in various languages. Participants feel that various languages ​​are barriers to their communication. Especially good posts posted in languages ​​spoken by a small number of users are good posts, but due to the difficulties of reading, they are forced to receive a small number of voting, and thus the reward of authors is small.
As a way of solving this problem, I would like Steemit to provide a translation service on the hard fork after 19 hard forks.

The basic concepts

(1) Anyone who wishes to translate between his / her native language and a foreign language will be able to click on the translate button and translate as if it were Resteem. Steemit provides 'a translation button' similar to the Resteem button.

(2) The translator translates the original text and publishes the translation post. At this time, Steemit provides a feature that allows you to indicate that this is a translation post.

(3) Compensation for translation posts will be distributed to 25% of original author, 50% of translator, and 25% of incineration (or development fund).

(4) Users who read a particular post may be provided by Steemit with a button (similar to the current Up-vote button) to request a translation if the post is desired to be translated into the native language. If this feature is provided, translators will be actively supported to translate posts that have requested more than a certain number of translations.
