Delegated Steempower do not Undelegate automatically. You have to manually remove the delegation by delegation 0 (zero) Steempower to the user.

There are a couple of tools to use for delegation or removing delegation, but the simplest I use is https://Steemyy.com
Also, note that you cannot add or decrease a delegation. You can only set a new delegation amount. So if you want to un-delegate, you simply delegate a new Steempower with 0 as the amount. Also note that it will take five days for the delegate Steempower to return to you.
