Use Steemyy.com to make delegation.

Making delegation has not been this easy except for those using the Steemplus chrome extension. But I found this to be very easy especially for those using mobile devices.

To make delegation, just follow these simple three steps.

• Go to the site https://steemyy.com/sp-delegate-form/ and fill out the delegation form
  

delegator is your account you are delegating from while delegatee is the account you are delegating to. In the example here, @Lordjames was delegating 15 Steem to @kboss

• connect to Steemconnect to process your transaction

• input your active key and username of the delegator

And viola, it's done
