Love the enthusiasm! Note though that @haejin needs to set up a witness server, in order to actually be a witness.
That said -- I'm voting for him anyway! Let's encourage him to take some of his winnings and spend it on a hosted server.

With so much voters behind @haejin we should be able to get him to top 20. If he isn't interested, we could still make a community witness by joining forces.
My sadly prophetic call for invite only community for TA is turning out to be true. The plan is to get @haejin do ~4 posts on steemit and we all 100% upvote those few posts and we get all the other stuff from a invite only community. Maybe we could even get @ew-and-patterns in. He's a pretty good TA and friends with @haejin.
Spread the word. We only have 10 full votes. If @haejin post 10 times on steemit we wouldn't even be able to fully support all his steemit posts and our upvotes will be diluted. So make 4 posts on steemit and the rest a free invite only community. At best a one time fee of 1SBD will do.
FREE? come on .. with all the money you guys are claiming to have made from @haejin's generosity, why would you be so cheap as to expect free or only 1SBD?
Maybe @haejin needs to wake up to the leeches he's attracted and start charging you commiserate with what he's worth.

I personally don't think that it is a good idea to vote for Haejin as a witness. As you said it requires managing a server and it's important that the Steemit Witnesses are focused on doing that well.
In my opinion, the best way to support Haejin is to upvote his posts and upvote/curate the comments in his posts to bring the best discussion to the top. Oh, and make MASSIVE profits from his recommendations!

Check AWS, I think the pricing is better. That's where I run VMs.
Although there may be better deals out there, I haven't done the market research in a few years.
