Steem vs. Poloniex
OK yesterday I wrote that I had just sent some Steem to Poloniex, and was waiting for the transaction to appear and after they shut down Steem and SBD (probably due to the Hardfork).: https://steemit.com/steem/@kyusho/steem-down-on-poloniex
Well I wrote to customer support and they replied:
Hi Kyusho,
Unfortunately the wallet had to be disabled because it was unable to sync with the coin network, rest assured we are working on it and should have a solution shortly.
As soon as the wallet is re enabled your deposit is going to be credited, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Great... but wait
They then wrote:
Dear Kyusho, Our Support Rep has indicated that your Ticket (#xxxxxx) has been Resolved. If you believe that the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email to automatically reopen the ticket. If there is no response from you, we will assume that the ticket has been resolved and the ticket will be automatically closed after 48 hours.

But it still isn't

Poloniex support is not easy. Personally I use Bittrex and Poloniex at the moment. I put half half on the 2. Good luck
Im pretty sure it will be resolved soon. They are actually getting much better since they shut down the trollbox. I wish you good luck :)
Good post! I've been tired of telling my friends why it wasn't working, now i've just shared this link to a handful of them! So much easier than typing repeatedly. Thanks for writing this for the community.
