A whole year old on STEEMIT. I'm not going to use the term "steemiversary" but I will acknowledge its been one hell of a year since I started. I've read some of these from people that say, "steemit has given me a chance to grow and change over the last year." Some that are angry and say they felt like they've "wasted their time and effort" here putting out great content with little reward.

So in honor of my one year anniversary, it would be my pleasure to address some stuff that's been being said. I've never been one to rant on here in my year of being here, but golly gee it's my anniversary!

To those of you who feel like you're entitled to having money shoved up your ass for writing a blog..who gave you that idea? Who promised you anything? The reviews you heard? The dopes that promised you that you'd be rich if you just work hard at it? And then you're surprised and pissed off and owed something? Says who? It's as ridiculous as someone losing their shit over the fact that Publishers Clearing house promised them if they subscribed to one more magazine or answered one more email, they'll win that ten thousand dollars a week for life. No different than calling your government and complaining how it's unfair you haven't taken home that hundred million dollar powerball yet..

But why do these big whales get to upvote themselves and use bid bots and man it's just not fair. Why? Because they can. They can, they will, and you would too as much as you love to bat those eye lashes and swear up and down you'd make it a fairer more just world, you'd do the same damn thing. So enough now.

People tend to think someone is tying them here with a chain. If you know there's a game going on behind the curtains or you genuinely feel there's just no winning no matter how hard you try, get to steppin! But see you already knew that. You just want justice to be served. It's not fair and you're not leaving until you get what YOU think you're entitled to. Let me know how that works out. Or you'll become so desperate someday you'll end up doing the same thing you're bitching about in your post. You see I used to post EVERY DAY. Sometimes I'd get lucky and get a great payout, sometimes I'd get shit on a shingle. But I never EXPECTED anything and I think that's why I was never disappointed.

I stopped posting even recently for a couple months at a time because I always said if I'm just gonna spew shit out in the hopes of making a couple dollars, it's not worth my time. I'll wait until I feel like sharing something and if I don't then so be it. I'll sure as hell never write anything that I won't like because others will like it. I don't care if no one gives a flying uff to read it. At least I know it's something I felt like sharing. No expectations, no problems. Look at this like something to do for fun and until you decide to pay your way, deal with it.

So back to me before I end this weird anniversary post August 2017 I joined STEEMIT. I had fun with it. Not long after I found @minnowsupport created by @aggroed. I met some nice people there, but found someone really who changed my whole life. @rougebot is one thing I can say I am grateful for coming onto steemit for. Without STEEMIT and that discord server, I may still be an unhappy, cranky, moody little lady that I was. Yes, things have changed greatly for me in a year, but I don't thank anyone or anything for it. I just say it is what it is and whatever will be will be. So from me to all of you, keep looking at everything in your life good or bad as part of the ride. Enjoy it.
