What plant is this?

I found this plant in the northern part of Nigeria in Nasarawa state precisely close to a visual art studio environment, I was fascinated by it’s beauty and just couldn’t wait to document it.

I really don’t know what this is but it’s seed is like that of melon, it has a short stem and a bag/container carrying the seed.

This plant is so much that you just can’t stop staring at it so, if you think you know or have seen this plant before kindly leave a message, thanks.
