Proposal - require 50 STEEMPOWER to flag posts.

The bots are getting out of control.

They are being used to harass, promote, degrade and manipulate the system any way possible. They are flagging good content and littering comments in unreasonable places.

We are making a first impression here.

Requiring accounts to have a reasonable amount of STEEMPOWER to flag posts and comments would help.
