Love your article! I'm new to Steemit, so understanding what's going on is helpful in preventing fear about the future of Steemit. I agree with downvoting and upvoting based on our personal opinion of the value of the post, but no revenge flagging. That is just going to lead to trouble and cause followers of the other person to want to revenge flag you back. Not a good idea.
