When you post , and people like it a lots , you'll get a lots . Same as when you up vote what you like, you get a little of return . And steem power itself will pay you some interest . The more steem power you have the more powerful you vote .
I am here for a 5 days and I got steem board medal for posting and up vote but still I can see my account value is diminishing and I am loosing everyday. I do not see any increase in my account.
Though I am getting some steem money in every post.
