RE: Testing some of the SP delegation services...

in #steem2 years ago (edited)

Couple things here... @upex says they will be changing to a fixed start and end time each day, so your comparison doesn't really work for a year like you mentioned. Also, where are the overdelegation rewards? It looks like users who have higher delegations are losing out big time by using your service.

My comparison won't work "after" they do what they said. Let's see how it goes.

There is no over-delegation compensation in @avle and @jsup service. If you want to maximize your profit, you have no reason to over-delegate. I'd say splitting delegations to multiple services is way better than over-delegation to one service.

There are a few over-delegation to both @avle and @jsup, but they did it because they decided to support/boost other delegators' rewards in the first place.

@jsup was designed specifically to share delegation to support others(family members, friends, or your favorite authors) via beneficiary function.

The purpose of @avle is to accumulate its own SP to try new projects to promote STEEM value, and ownership of @avle's SP will be shared by delegators(I'm currently developing a program to calculate ownership percentage).

If your primary goal is maximum profit right now, these services might not be attractive enough for you.
