Massive exit-scam? Or just new buyers coming?
Honestly, it smells fishy.
Ned is leaving steemit.com.
Dan left long ago.
Power-Downs:
Undelegations:
Transfers to Exchanges
Steem stored on exchanges
No FUD intended. Surprisingly price is behaving nicely (Price Graph 7days):

Can you please provide links to where this has been stated?
Been searching for confirmation of this statement and have not found anything anywhere implicating such.
All the signs were pointing that he will leave his steemit inc's ceo position.
https://steemit.com/itshappening/@berniesanders/ned-trying-to-be-sneaky-with-his-selling
Theory.
Yet nowhere is confirmation nor evidence of such a theory.
The only piece of info suggesting any movement in Ned’s position is that he is taking on the role of of Executive Chairman - which pretty much completely debunks the theory he is “leaving.”
Personally i feel some of them need money to survive and to allow steem to survive. Im not too clued up about what costs are involved with running steemit.inc but it seems there are some developer costs. If they are laying people off it means they are broke simple as that. I cant actually believe they would be so dumb as to not have made contingency plans for a bear market after such huge gains were made but hey we all make mistakes. Selling now is a dumb but necessary move i think.
thank you very much for Upvote my comment.
I say thousands of thanks.
because now I really need money
Dude are you on Discord I was trying to contact you? about dsound delegation if you're interested.
I think we all had high hopes, and probably all got very confident last year January, and we all kinda been in denial the whole year... You're right that we should have gotten ready for winter
Why? do we need to make space for more investors? What do you think of that massive pump and dump happening in Korea right now?
Im not aware of any pump and dump in Korea. Im not on discord either sorry.
There's actually few stories going around pick the one you like :
It's you not on discord, I am just going around steemit and encouraging (begging) everyone to delegate for dsound so I didn't wanna bother you with that in the comments, we lost the delegation last week after the powering down and the 34 millions gone.
Thats a shame. I do truly think that Steem if it is to get the adoption it deserves needs to become a go to place for all things social media. Id like to see it become more like reddit if possible with more general chit chat discussion going on. Samsung buying Steem now that would be something special.
Good summary, though a bit one-sided :)
It is clear that some major puzzle pieces are missing!
The huge amount of Steem stored at exchanges would make me scared, but the price is increasing!
So maybe some big guyes know something we don´t.
The price going up is never something to rely on for evidence of good health. They could be manipulating the price, buying high to raise the price for a quick profitable dump. Why dump everything as fast and hard as you can and get $0.25-$0.15 per coin when you could buy a little at high prices to then dump at $0.40+?
correct. I think this is very possible.
they aren't going to dump at the bottom...
The best thing about the blockchain is the 7 day power down schedule, therefore they can't access it all in lump sum at one time. It will be a few months before all is drained.
Interesting times on the STEEM blockchain.
It seems to me that @steemit and @ned are trying to move around their funds until they are on unknown/hidden addresses (for the sake of safety?) but I am sure there are forensic blockchain investigators that are currently trying to track these coin's every move.
I'd bet that "safety" is because some of the devs on here have been talking about a fork that would remove the ninja-mined coins Stinc owns. At first I felt we should not do it, controversy is not good for blockchains, contentious hardforks never go well. But, at the same time, our situation is not like Satoshi, that never spends his coins. We are stuck with Stinc and the rollercoaster ride they can make Steem if they wish...
Agree they are trying to keep their hold on this thing, and unfortunately it looks like they are now trying to do so under the radar

And it looks really bad. No matter the excuses they give it looks bad to hide when you have a king's share of the token.
Sweet dan is all out and sour grapes 🍇 about steemit, finally time to take this platform to the moon and beat old dan and his failed eos scams! Lol 🤢 🤮
And who texts like that anyway, send him one text he returns 4 incoherent texts and does not even answer the text??!
Now I got this error trying to post this! Lol
My confidence in the steemit leadership is 0% they legit have no business sense as all and its a real shame because I have along with many of you invested so much time and effort into it.
Let Steemit Inc. dump and leave. The Steem Blockchain and community are bigger than one platform on the chain. Sure, short term it would kill the price, but long term it could be healthier for the Steem chain and community.
