Cooking the "Canastitas"

Today we thought about dinner but it was too late to go shopping for what I needed.

Today I had the opportunity to make these baskets again that my wife and daughters love, today I surprised them.

How did I do it? It's very simple. I prepared the tomatoes, cut them into small squares, in the same way I cut the cheese and in a jar I prepared the eggs with salt and oregano. Then I put the dough together like a small basket and started filling it, first the tomato, then the egg and then the cheese. Then I put it in the oven and it cooked and it was delicious!

After all I took it out of the oven and enjoyed it!
