In this substeemit (multiplechoice) you can browse, create, or curate multiple-choice questions. Browsing is free, and you can upvote good questions which steems the writers and curators. Everyone wins (except for the q-bank cartels)!

You can browse questions here and vote on or discuss recently created questions here.

Create a post (two posts, really)

Post 1. your full answer page. A really useful template is here
Post 2. your question page. This post is really easy. You take your markdown from post 1, and delete all the contents after your answer choices.
Once you've posted, ensure your links are directed where you intended them to go.

Create a curation page

Step 1. Bookmark questions you like.
Step 2. Create a list of links to the question urls.
Step 3. Post! This template will get you started.

Discuss ways of improving the question and answers

That's what the comment sections are for. Try not to give away the answer on the question page.
