I think it's probably someone who's just out to mess with people's minds. One way to proove it would be a resteem from @dan himself, or if he outrightly comes out and admits it. For now anything goes.
I couldn't follow most of the @god 's post as it reference to things I am not familiar with , this posts kind of clarified it and it seems like @dan is the real MVP around here !!
Or you could just follow the SP that was delegated and see which accounts it came from.
It came out of a large account, was it someone else who started that?
