I used to have the mindset that I will never cash out my steem until I have gotten to some certain amount and also i love to power up my steem just to gain more influence on the platform but it seems it ended up futile. One of the main purpose of blogging on Steemit is to earn at least little money to enable you perform some activities when you get broke. As a student, I will surely need money to buy some academic materials, foods and other things that will be of help to me.

To answer your question, "Yes"! I have cashed out steem and I am still planning to cash out some little amount of steem as you know Christmas and New Year is coming 😊.

The first time I cashed out my steem was when I had no money with me. I was so damn broke! I don't have any food to eat and there were also some compulsory textbooks I must buy just to pass some courses. I kept on thinking about how I could borrow money just to sustain for the main time but no one was ready to lend me. I remembered I had some little amount of steem and SBD which brought a sense of relief to my heart. I had to sell part of it just for the sake of surviving in school even though I wasn't happy trading those SBDs and Steem but I was left with no choice than to do that. I was a little bit happy because it was my first time making money on the internet and I can tell you that little amount of money helped me very much then. It was just like a God sent angel to conquer my unfavorable situation. 😊

After cashing out my first steem, I wasn't really happy about it because it affected my estimated account value back then so this made me worked very hard just to increase my earnings so that I can "hold" and sell whenever I am in need of money. Different unfavorable conditions kept coming and I was just using part of the money I earn from steemit to solve my problem and that has also made me to keep working very hard to earn more steem and SBDs.

As we all know Christmas is fast approaching and after that we will be preparing for new year, I will need some little amount of money to buy new clothes and enjoy my self with my family. The sad part of this is that "there is a bull in the crypto world for now". This is really affecting most crypto holders hoping for the best towards ending of this year but it seems most people are loosing hope. I hope there will be a very drastic increase in the price of steem as this will boost the happiness of everyone making them enjoy themselves. I suggest that we don't give up for now because anything can happen with 24hrs. I advise everyone to keep or hodl their steem for now because steem is more valuable and worthy than it's present amount.

In conclusion, I have once cashed out part of my steem and I will continue to cash out my anytime I go broke or madly in need of money. You just have to keep working hard and keep earning more steem because you work for what you earn.

Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.
