I am considering delegating more but this is a test to see if its worth it and reliable
The Payouts for delegations are given when the delegation has been there for a min of 24hours. So in other words, delegators start receiving Payouts from the second day onwards, where the start of the day is taken as the payout time which in whalebuilder's case is 1600 hrs UTC.
