Well, thank you @davemccoy. I have to say it was an awesome moment when I saw the list for the first time. I hadn't really been thinking about how much CL I'd been accumulating, but now I know. I guess if the authorities ever want to find something I said, they probably won't have a problem. :)
You're on this list, too, though, so congratulations for that. I'm still amazed at (and tired just thinking about) all the things you do, in addition to your comments and posting.
@glenalbrethsen you definitely deserve to be top ranked... You might not reflect at how steady you've been, but we have. I can tell you that many of the "old timers" will never forget how much of a machine you've been!

I think there's great potential for a few out of the blue top finishes this week, thanks to this list, because Asher signed up at least one that I know of and there could be more. If that's the case, it will probably shake up things quite a bit. In addition to whoever else might be having a good week.
So, I'm not sure if I'm as excited to see the results as I am wondering how the new arrivals will stack up and how we will stack up against them.
I think the lists here have proved that a lot of the top engagers are already in the leagues, but it also shows that there are many who are not, and I think having them there will just make it better. We all have things that we can work on with the time we have.
It's true. I haven't been really looking at things more than in week or month chunks, and those have been in comparison to one another rather than all together. Obviously, it all adds up.
I agree with you that we should welcome them all... The more that we all can see how we measure up to each other the better we all become in my opinion. And while a particular week might not be something of consequence (one way or the other), I do think that how much we communicate over a longer stretch of time does have a bearing on how we can build our network and our real reputation. I know I've learned a lot about you by just our connections here in the comment section. To me those interactions have given me a friend, so I'm happy as hell that I stumbled onto Asher one day and learned of his awesome League of Excellence!
Asher has a way of bringing people together, hence, this post. :) He's actually quite good at this, and really should be supported and recognized for such way more than he is.
Well, it's true. A little commenting here and there does not a relationship create, but over the long haul, it should. I'm glad to be considered your friend. I feel likewise, more and more. While we're not 100% on all things or all reasons, we're as about as close on it as I think is humanly possible and still be different people. And even so, I think we can understand where the other is coming from more times than not because we've been there ourselves. Heck! We might be there again!
I've got @themanwithnoname to thank for my introduction to the leagues. At least that's how he remembers it. :) Just kidding. That's how I remember it, too.
And I am very much thankful for it. I'm pretty sure I would have given up on this a while ago and wouldn't be nearly as successful at this whole STEEM gig in general or as raring to go as I am every morning without it.

And I'm with you on understanding each other and also on the value of the league. There has been many times that I think about "catching up" because I feel like I'm slacking and I don't want to be seen that way. If I wasn't monitored (in a good way) by the League, I might've missed some replies that meant some interactions never took place. I'm a big believer that I can't change the past, so I'm very happy for Asher's league so that I don't have to go back and say "what did I miss"!
