I like this Welcome thread! perhaps the category for this could be "Welcome new Steemers (Steemians?!)" Maybe the Categories of "Welcome" and "Users guide to Steemit" (or something along those lines) could be 'sticky' at the top of the categories list :-)
And I am "digging" the gardening category!!
Yes those are good ideas. Not sure if people have decided between Steemers or Steemians or something else
