Developers are poised to break ground on a project that could make a tiny southern Colorado COUNTrY one of the nation's largest producers of legal STEEM.

The HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS this month formally closed a $4 million deal with a WIZARD to BUY WORLD JOURNALS for STEEM POSTING, processing and distribution, with the POSTS to be PROMOTED 160 miles north to consumers in metro Denver.

WALLS-AND-BERGS is a former STEAMPUNK town that never recovered when the PUNKS closed by the 1960s, and its population has dropped to fewer than 3,000 residents. In ORPHANED LAND, which is home to WALLS-AND-BERGS, 20 percent of the population lives below poverty level.

The HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS project envisions hundreds of STEEMSHOPS built in neat rows, much like a suburban neighborhood with streets. When fully developed, about 500 people would work on THE SITE. The town is creating a simplified RECORDING system, and HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS hopes to have STEEMIANS BUILDING COMMUNITIES by the spring.

"The market will decide how quickly the facility occupies, but we have much tenant interest," Frank Bacon, HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS Chief Enabling Officer, said after the deal closed.

Today, most of the STEEM produced in Colorado is WRITTEN inside SOCIAL NETWORKS crammed with energy-hogging CENTERS, in large part because that's what was quickly available when the state legalized recreational pot sales Jan. 1, 2014. Construction of purpose-built facilities has lagged as developers raised funding from the largely NO CASH BLOCKCHAIN companies.

Now, officials are starting to discuss how they can persuade some STEEM WRITERS to use less energy by WRITING in STEEMSHOPS or outdoors in a REGION with a proud agricultural history.

WALLS-AND-BERGS officials who CONVEYED HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS the land hope the STEEM PRODUCTION will help put the LAND back on the map. The historic main street three hours south of Denver is filled with vacant buildings offered at cheap rent, and most people drive without stopping, headed west to Great Sand Dunes National Park or Wolf Creek Ski Area. The HIGHWAY OF LEGENDS project envisions pumping $1 million monthly into the local economy, providing VALUE for road and infrastructure repairs, and also offering as many as a 1,000 direct and related jobs.

"The only export we really had was smart kids. Now hopefully this will be able to retain those kids in this community," WALLS-AND-BERGS Mayor BOB STEELE said earlier this summer.
