STEEM AS THE BEST INVESTMENT

Leaving aside the human part and the thousands of benefits that we can get from STEEMIT as such, today I want to make a small analysis of what could be a great economic investment.

All of us or at least the majority of us came here for the money, or at least that was the perfect bait when deciding to create an account.

A platform that pays you for generating content

A couple of days on STEEMIT are enough to realize that this quote is not so literal and the fact of making money with our content is not that easy, and beyond that the vast majority of us has decided to stay, either by general interest , by human relationships, or simply by getting to explore a new world.

I came for the money and stayed for the people

If I'm not wrong that was a @pharesim's quote (correct me if I am wrong) and nothing more accurate than that simple explanation. But as I said and, I want to talk more coldly about what could be a perfect investment in STEEMIT in terms of numbers.

Let suppose we have u$s10,000 (US dollars) and we are willing to invest in STEEMIT, we buy SP with a price close to 1 to 1 and we make a SP of 10,000 steem, this would leave us with a voting value close to $ 1 depending of the Steem price at that time.

CURATIONS

Talking a bit about curations with @dontstopmenow we ended up studying the percentages of curations received in relation to our SP. Suppose that with our investment we have the SP in 10,000 and we started to do a good job of curating, valuing the good content and taking care about timing when voting, in this way we could achieve more % highly profitable based on what we are investing .

Suppose our great curating job get us well rewarded and with the aim of benefiting reward us with a 0.50% weekly, we would be talking about 50 steem per week only with curation, about 200 steem per month.

In this way we would have an investment of u$s 10,000 generating a monthly % interest highest than any bank, always taking the STEEM price at par with the dollar. And because the curations are payed in SP, our income would be exponential because the earnings increase according to the rewards received.

SELF-VOTING

Now suppose we continue to post to an average 1 post per day, this is not always the case, but I have seen that most active users publish at least 1 post daily, and in some occasions even more. We leave the controversy of the selfvoting aside, since even today it is a topic that remains in gray tints, but beyond this we would be a user dedicated to make strict daily curations, let's say that we deserve a self vote once a day. We like our article 100% and we generate an immediate dollar, we multiply this profit by 30 and we get a monthly income of 30 dollars more, and adding the aggregate of the exponential growth of the voting value due to the SP, this number would also keeps growing.

MICROTRADING

So far we have an investment of u$s10,000 in SP which we will leave it there, we have our curation gains that will be part of our savings as it is in net income in SP and this will exponentially increase our healing earnings, and by our voting value also, making our daily self-vote increase. If we decide to take the revenue generated in SBD from our posted articles and start to do micro-trading within the market of STEEM, we can get an extra profit. Suppose we have 100 SBD to buy STEEM today, with prices very close to each other like is today (STEEM $ 1.06 - SBD $ 0.95 approximately) We would be buying about 94 STEEM units, the next step is to set up a sales order when the STEEM price is in a higher value, for example $ 1.40, we would be selling STEEM and obtaining approximately 130 SBD depending on the price of SBD at that time, there is no rule but statistically in the vast majority it is appreciated that the STEEM price has been higher than SBD and fluctuating lately between $ 1 and $ 1.5 approximately.

If we can make a buy / sell with a value of 30% or greater in terms of profit we would have a third possible source of income.

NUMBERS

At the end of the day and according to my quick math we have a relatively high profit, on one hand we have an income of approximately $ 200 a month thanks to a good work of curations, which as we explain earlier this is increasing based on our increase in SP.

We have about $ 30 of our well-deserved self-vote, that a part will be destined to continue increasing our first income, however the influence would be minimal, the rest of that vote and the rest of our profits in SBD will go directly to the STEEMIT market with a great possibility of generating an income of 30% of the investment only for trading.

As I said before, nothing is easy and nothing is free, for this you have to be willing to trust in this whole project, to remain constant as far as publications, curations and stock market currency, and not least important to have u$10.000 dollars to invest in a long term. In my case it is impossible to think of carrying out an investment of such magnitude, but I am sure that if I had a high sum of money to invest in something, it would be in this project.
