What we have been working on - SteemEngine.net Updates - May 2018

Hey everyone! This is Firemouse from @SteemEngineTeam.

I wanted to keep everyone in the loop of the recent updates and future of SteemEngine.

Infrastructure Updates

  • Scaling Up:
    -- Upgraded the CPU, RAM and Disk resources of our servers
  • Scaling Out:
    -- Increased the amount of virtual servers running SteemEngine.net
    -- Deployed a load balancer to distribute traffic to the servers

Steemengine.net Updates

  • During scheduled maintenance, a maintenance ETA will be displayed
  • Added a button to copy referral link to clipboard
  • Added FAQ and checkbox for autocuration option
  • Fixed the way (some) thumbnails display from users that post via busy.org
  • Deployed numerous backend optimizations

Upcoming - SteemEngine Witness!

We plan to launch a Steem witness server. This isn't going to be any witness server. This is going to be a witness server that pays you! The witness server will share block rewards that it accumulates and will pay all users that voted for it. We hope to launch the witness server very soon so stay tuned!

        @therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
