Huh? IRL nobody pays extra money to the government just because they believe they're the next big thing. The only justifiable reason to get SP for a business account stricly related to their own app is to get enough RC to do their thing. Sure, they invest more if they want, but they don't have to.

Imo noone started a legit business in the platform yet. I have solid ideas ideas, but guess what? I wouldn't have enough funds to meet my RC requirements.

Anyone willing to open a new business on the platform should get attention. Funding, delegations. Financially speaking, it is much more beneficial for SP holders to bond with app developers than the other way around.
