New on STEEM? How To Stop Feeling Overwhelmed with EFT Tapping
Helloooooooooo you Steem-y lot!
Today, I'm doing some EFT tapping for the first time in a while here on @dtube.
This is to support anyone who is new here on the STEEM platform, or indeed anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by all there is to do, learn etc on here.
Firstly, I encourage you to think of everything that is holding you back from getting started or being creative on the platform. It often helps to write all of these things down.
Once you have the list, I then take you through a simple and effective EFT tapping routine that you can use to release the emotional charge from the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
Without this emotional charge, thoughts are just words and actually have no power over you. This is great, as it enables you to take action - whether that is writing your intro post, researching how to do something or even reaching out to a new community in Discord.
I really encourage you to apply tapping to how you feel about any area of your life that is keeping you stuck, or isn't as you'd like it to be.
It may look silly, but it's very powerful and is even FUN!
However, please be aware that tapping can cause powerful emotional responses, so if you choose to tap, you take FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF!
