Welcome to the 81st weekly installment of my series on Steem income and growth!
Income on the Steem blockchain is generated by "investment" (the more currency you have, the more you earn) and by "work" (earning currency by contributing content that adds value). All my crypto holdings are in the STEEM currency. Now I'm working to earn more, by uploading unique valuable content to the blockchain.

It's slow growth, but at least it's positive. You've lost 99% of your purchasing power, but you have way more STEEM now than when you started. Look on the bright side.

nearly 50 steem a week is not bad
I hope people dont become mad cuz of the greedyness. we're still very early.
still I also hope to someday become a dolphin..^^
Well if STEEM cost 0.14 USD each, and a new member would need 5000 STEEM to become a dolphin, it would cost under $700 to buy!
So for less than 100k invested, anybody can have 150 different dolphin accounts on the Steem blockchain.

Sadly, not me. I put all my money into STEEM 2 years ago and it is down 99% since then. I'm disabled and not able to make a lot of money for investing, but I'm trying to earn through content-creation.
The problem is that other people DO have spare bucks... and if they don't like what I say, they can just pay a few hundred dollars to silence all my work here.
