If you ask do you reside on land to the left side of the atlantic, it is yes/no. Where the one answer implies the other. It is trivial to convert these types of two examples to yes no questions. I was just pointing out that no would mean you include the rest of the world. It would be better to start zoning him off. That is follow up with northern or southern hemisphere.
