RE: The good thing is ...

in #steem5 years ago (edited)

This chain cannot be manipulated by external forces.

= lol

But i can be controlled by the same 10 people who have been doing so since day one

=lmao

so where are we gonna get the next billionnaire to come in and say HEY lemme give you a billion to buy in(vest) so you can block it !

no comment

the fact that accounts can be frozen by just a few people ...

is everyone here brainwashed by Triffids by now ?

seem to be missing the point (they didnt protect the chain btw, they protected their own fucking control and position)

but everyone's entitled to their opinion so

after incentive being : HF21/22 made this thing a total dud , after seeing about everyone i followed drop out when the price went under $2 , now we also have
on top of "lets login today to see if some soviet-steem approved blacklist has me brand-marked on the UI, or if some zealot of for fun troll decided to wreck my work i have been working on for months (or years) we now also have :
let's log in to see if 10 people in america didnt decide to freeze my account

for the greater good

what a crock of censored i certainly know where my beermoney for next month is not going anymore now

... tsch

that whole thing was about self-intrest and STAYING IN CONTROL (yes, sir), not preventing it ... just preventing 'someone else'

It's probably b/c i'm not a hippie born with daddy-money up my ass or someone who got hand-picked by someone who actually KNOWS how hard it is to succeed in hell, but if anyone did that to me and i had wallstreet money the likes where i can throw 4 billion at warren buffett for a date i'd take my money right out, get the fucking open-source code, scour china for some genius devs , re-work it , do like facebook and pay me a 100.000 users to get started and that's that

good thing he is he and i is i
But we are excited ! It's exciting to be excited about ...

three year old shit being sold as YAY

...
i was gonna say no comment today but wow

and as i said

everyone's entitled to their own opinion and how many people with REAL MONEY will be coming in now ?

we dont need them (i hear someone in the back there) ...

you don't ?

gud then, cos i signed up cos it said post shit get money, not cos it said post shit, if the protectorate likes it you wont lose your money

(hahahahahahahahah) what a joke

courts order exchanges, cos they cant freeze private wallets , i only heard about eos doing it once (which doesnt mean its the only one) who happen to be a somewhat-derivative of larrimer taking off after seeing the errors in the system and now thinking a pre-censored facebook-clone for a pre-selected elite will be the next big thing

check the whole of google if you like this is the very last time the salespitch on how its 'your blockchain' flies

its not yours

its theirs

i never heard about a bitcoin arbitrator freezing the dread pirate roberts (none of them) b/c as far as i know nobody can do that ... which is actually what de-centralized means ...

so ...

before my pizza starts tasting like, im gonna leave it here ... i understand how no one wants a single person to control , i dont understand how the 10 protectorate elites can just pour this down everyone's throat and sell it like "we did it for you"

are you all Homer Simpson overthere ?

If they would freeze the stake of any other account, it would be the sure death of Steem and I'm pretty sure that they are aware of this fact. None of them would take that risk. I'm also not sure about legal consequences in such a case. I guess the community (there are more witnesses) would then fork the top ones out.

It was a temporary action that is only related to Steemit's stake. Any other billionaire is free to join Steem and vote the witnesses out of the top. There is no way to stop that in a decentralized network.

The 17 Authoritarians always know best, don't ya know?lol
Yours sincerely , the politburo.

totally got a point (or a couple, just to lazy to count ;P ) here, "proof of brain" enough for me, intant-follow and upvote...
