[Steem talk] Effectively investable power

I have received some inquiry on how do I take lease and lend them out to earn. Over the phone, sometimes it's very hard to use few words and conclude things. So this post is made to record it and the same time to document some of the key indicators of how to do so.

Firstly, this post is authored with #esteem, but let's take #partiko as example as that's where people usually use #partiko to browse and comment die to its efficiency. And therefore, this column of the detail shows the effective steem power which applicable for user to upvote and flag purpose. It doesn't show where the delegated steem power or being delegated portion.

This is #esteem wallet layout and you will be able to see what is the actual steem power one account is holding, how many of them has been delegated out and how much of them are being delegated in. So, it is simple this way, existing SP is free to use for delegation. And steem power that is delegated in cam never be delegate out again.

But how did I delegate out with what I delegated in? Well, not exactly what you've been wondering. @minnowbooster has the answer, in an even simpler manner. Regardless how much effective steem power you have, more important is how much you have stake. My take is about 4700, I can choose to delegate 4600 and leave 100 by myself. But that doesn't work because I'm still actively curating and supporting other writers. And therefore, I took things with my own hand, pay a handsome amount of rental and took a leasing contract to rent SP from other people, which makes me a delegatee. Now I have my own SP delegated out supporting the community, and I have someone delegated to me so I can continue to upvote for my supporters.
