[Steem talk] delegation check

Today was a chilling day. It's been awhile since rain pouring down early morning, so cooling and unfortunately I hit the snooze button and failed to hear my alarm clock again until 6:30

So I rushed off to work, and my day has been boring to the max, but a lot of tedious stuff need to settle. One thing I do not forget is to check for my daily #steem income.

Looking at the payout from different initiative, they seemed really low at this moment. Let's do some calculation and see whether they still worth investing.

@wherein is paying me 0.119steem, which means in 28 days it can only give me 3.332steem added with daily upvote of $0.146, which translate to 0.463steem after curation. In 28 days, it's going to give me back 12.964steem. Total take back value is currently 16.226steem. my investment of 18steems for 1000sp delegation is now at a loss of about 1.8steems. Not exactly what I've been looking forward to.

@tipu is currently delegated with 50sp. I assume if I need to lease for the delegation, it will cost me 0.9steem for 4 weeks according to my current active leasing criteria. 0.026steems a day, in 28 days it's going to give me 0.728steem. Once again, this is straight forward, I will be losing 0.08steem.

At this moment, the losses are still very much manageable. But I wouldn't know if this can last long. #steem price is just way too low to generate enough income for those initiative to pay me.

HF21 is around the corner, and I do not know if it will affect my current portfolio. I'm still short of 630sp before I can hit my dolphin status. As far as I know, my current rate of leasing is still considerably "low" and I wouldn't mind to continue paying if HF21 brings in more curation reward.

Let's cross my fingers and see how is it going to being me benefit when the complete HF21 50% curation is rolling.
