RE: Steem Rewards Payout Changes - we now get Steem as well as SBD and SP!
Basically, SBD represents debt which is only allowed to rise to 10%. When the value of Steem gets too low or drops too fast, to avoid issuing too much debt, some rewards are issued as steem instead of SBD. It will go back to normal if/when steem rises again.
