Reply times from Poloniex are unbelievably slow. I am going to pull out most of my money and move to other exchanges - I already do use others, but now I will do my main transactions on BTRX and the like, not on Polo anymore.
Coinbase - same thing - waiting for a reply since close to 4 weeks.
We as customers need to just leave those companies, if they don`t serve us well. That will be the best thing to do and hopefully make them to improve the customer service and start to act differently.
