This article is just a heads up, a tip, not an explanation. You really have to read up to understand the project, it is fairly involved. Thanks! (the links are all there)
I am a long-time follower of Expanse and the information in the links provided haven't changed much over the past 6 months. In particular I was hoping you could point to information regarding "Expanse is releasing a decentralized governance platform."
