This article is pretty vague about what it might bring in terms of value to the Expanse network and why it might put upward pressure on its trading price. Of course if folks want to buy into this new 'Expanse DAO' they would have to purchase EXP raising the price's natural equilibrium but that is only speculative pressure aided to by articles like this one. Keep in mind I'm not disagreeing the price will rise I'm just pointing out that some actual value will have to be created for that to be sustainable and I find no projects eluding to this at github nor their website so it begs the question, 'Do you have any insider information which would corroborate your claims?'
I am one of the founders, so I have all the information. I would not suggest it unless I was quite certain. As always, do your own research. Read the white papers. If you think it is interesting then decide, if not for you, that is also fine. :) Not sure what you mean about eluding to this at Github, Borderless comes out in hours, we did not share the code in advance for others to copy. It is open source however and will be shared soon.

This article is just a heads up, a tip, not an explanation. You really have to read up to understand the project, it is fairly involved. Thanks! (the links are all there)
