As I've said elsewhere, I can only imagine the personal minefield it has been to navigate the past few days. Thanks for making a comment; we're all so ready to see your hard work come to life and it can be easy to lose sight of the fact that you have a lot to work around as a person AND an employee when it comes to the next stage of that.
