I really really hope you're right! I'm willing to bet we're going to be hearing a lot of realllly unique artists on steemit too. If the music industry as a whole does eventually move towards this model, I'm willing to bet less artists are going to aspire to fit whatever sound is "hot" or popular at the time too. With that said, this kind of direct reward system for artists could very well change the entire direction of music. I'm super excited to see how things go!
