You forgot to mension Coinbase. I would use Coinbase https://www.coinbase.com/join/5955358402bf5b00b597da36 (USA) to convert USD to BTC then transfer BTC out to Binance https://www.binance.com/?ref=12558281. Binance 0.1% per purchase. If you purchase BNB tokens (directly from Binance) your trading fees is 0.05% per order while Coinbase/GDAX is 0.5%. By the way, use GDAX to convert USD to BTC not Coinbase ( coinbase owns GDAX). You still need a Coinbase account. Use a market order in GDAX to avoid 3.99% fees to convert USD to BTC.
