Steem down and why is steem dollar rising 53%
As you might have noticed steem is down to 1.50$ comming from 2$ yesterday.
On the other hand the steem dollar came from around 1.60$ yesterday to 2.40$ at the moment of writing.
Al crypto's are down because of ethereum and bitcoin, so that explains alot why steem is going down, but I am not sure why
steem dollar is going up. My tought is that because it is ment to be a more stable currency and people might dicide to invest their money from other crypto's into steem dollars.
I can be wrong but that is what i would consider to do. Any toughts on this?
Anyhow, prepare yourselfs to buy steem at lower price to power up. Also do not panic. Panic makes you lose money.
If you invest do it for long term. Steem has a great future ahead.

The point of Steem Dollars was that it's supposed to be fixed at around $1.
So it currently has twice the intended value.
What is going to happen now is up to the Steem Developers / Witnesses.
If the price get's corrected I assume everyone get's double the amount of Steem Dollars? Or are they just going to wait until it's around $1 again.
