It was a great month full of new experiences, meeting new creative people, that share captivating and interesting content that allowed me to educate myself a lot about the platform and a variety of different topics. Some of them are successful bloggers earning quite a lot on their posts, some of them get few cent payouts on their post.

1. Investors. People that have invested their own money by investing into STEEM. Majority of whales fall into this category and their upvote gives a generous payout. Some people are annoyed that they upvote their posts and calling them selfish, which i do not agree with. Those people are investors and their risk their own money. Sometimes the amounts most of us probably will never be able to earn. I find it perfectly normal, that they want to receive payouts as a form of dividends for the high risk investment they have made.

2. Quality content creators. People that put their time, experience and heart into creation of valuable content. And this content is interesting to follow, read, watch and interact with. Those who have joined early naturally have higher payouts on their posts as they have worked hard to build the following and they already have community around them. These people have build the foundation of the current community that new people like me join and i am very thankful for their effort. If they have not done that, steem would not have had the momentum it has today. I think they have all right to get the higher payouts compared to the others as a premium for the effort they have put in until now.

3. WHINERS The segment that i hate the most. They just take a sloppy, boring, blurry image and slap it on their blog with the screams follow me, upvote me etc. or even worse - plagiarists who steal content from other people (photos; articles; videos) without any reference to the original content and spam it to the feed. These are also the ones who scream most about how unfair steemit is, whine about people upvoting their own posts etc. I hope that with time this bunch will vanish from the platform for good and will never get a piece of the reward pool that has to be shared for people who put effort into growing steemit community.

Steem block chain is an amazing technology that changes the paradigm how social media is working and will work in the future. It allows development of different apps and new platforms on it and we see an increasing number of amazing solutions appearing already and i am sure there will be many more to come inn the nearest future.

There is a lot of speculation on this topic and some people are whining again, that it is undervalued. I think this is a very good thing, that price of steem is not skyrocketing right now as this gives more time for me to build my following before other social media stars join in and bring their following with them that would make current leaders of steemit look dwarfs. When the time comes, and steemit explodes, which it definitely will it will raise the price multiple fold tens, hundreds and even thousands of times. STEEm lacks utility at the moment but we on BeScouted are currently working on certain solutions that will give steem token not just value properties but also utility properties as possibilities are endless. I do not want to go into deeper details on what we are building but you will definitely know. Be happy that steem price is so low today, and buy more until you can.

As i have already mentioned i am few days over one month in the community. Yes, it has quite a steep learning curve, that will become less challenging with future developments, but the are hundreds of articles that you can read and educate yourself. Yes, i had to put quite a lot of time and effort creating the content, but i have spent so much more time on other social media channels with no compensation whatsoever.

In one month i have managed to get attention of 500 follower. To me this is HUGE. I have put so much effort and time in all these years to learn photography so i can share it with you today and i hope that you like it genuinely. I am aware of short attention spans, suffering from this problem myself so i am mixing length of my posts no to get too boring and not to become a spammer who just drops an image and says nothing.

I have made more than $300 in one month just by doing what i like. Starting fresh from 0. I am very happy that i have found my place in this community and that you guys support me with your upvotes as it is a strong incentive to dedicate my time to this. And i like doing this, this is something that i have been doing before, and would do in the future on other platforms too, just this time it pays doing it. It is your rewards that you allocate to me, and i really appreciate it. And lets always be honest. Even though i would do it for free it is magic, and first time in history, when community can decide directly who is worth of that money/value and who is not. If you are not getting the engagement you want, re-look your strategy. It has to be a combination
of quality content that people like, your time appreciating the work of other people.

And most importantly be honest to yourself. If you are unhappy about how the rewards are distributed, do not upvote worthless shit content that you do not like just to increase your chances (witch are actually 0 if your content sucks). Make an effort to take better images, write a better text, research a topic and provide valuable information. In the long run it will be much more useful that these cheap shots that will get you nowhere. If you are here for a fast profits, just leave as you will be disappointing and waste your time. If you care about the community as a whole and share good content while appreciating the work of the others at the same time, some day you might buy a Ferrari just for doing this.

Life is not perfect just because we are not. Things that involve money will always have some faults and will not be equally fair to everybody. Steemit.com is not building communist, we have all ready seen big attempts to do so that failed in the past. Even though it is community there will be competition, hard work and disagreements involved. It is natural but at the same time it is what makes us improve, be better, be kind and helpful. You will never get rich if you do not help the others and if you do not provide value to the others, because you will simply be USELESS. And you only make money when you are VALUABLE. This is the very simplest rules that so many fail to follow.

This is amazing times, and still very good time to join and build your following. Your friends and people you communicate with will give you value over internet which first time in history can be turned into other forms of value.
