Thoughts on #HODL and #BUIDL

Last week I wrote a post where one should think about Steem and its value. One of the best comments came from @schlafhacking. His commentary refers to the next step in the evolution of the crypto world. Today most are at #HODL. @schlafhacking mentioned #BUIDL.
I found his idea and approach very interesting and constructive. I wonder how many people think that way and also see the crypto world like that. I'm not a trader but a #HODLer who likes to build something. I'm not a software developer, but you do not just have to have developers. Of course, they are the most important building block because without them there is no software.
You can see that the whole market is going down and Steem is not spared.
The good thing about this fall is that the market is being cleaned up by speculators. Of course, as in most cases, the innocent will be hit the hardest. Most of those who have invested have done just that to get more money quickly. It was also attractive due to the huge ROI present. Now this time is probably over. Many will never come back to the crypto world, I have to say that, but those who stay after this storm are the people who believe in it and who think they can build something here, #BUIDL as mentioned before.
Not all people in the world are technically gifted, the least of them I would say, and that's why I think Steem as one of the projects with a lot of potential because it connects the different worlds. Everyone will find their place here and you do not necessarily have to be a Crypto fanatic.
That's why I do not understand the people who give Steem up to post on Snapchat, Facebook or Instagram. It does not bring them money, but quite the contrary, they get more advertising for things they do not need.
On Steem you can build a lot, apart from the apps that are the most important. You can do communities. Since I've been active on Steem, I've met so many people from the different environments where I had no points of contact until now. You usually live in your small circle of people who like about the same things and have the same passions. With Steemit one comes in another world. I am happy to have met so many new people. You do not only communicate on Steem or Disord, you call people who live in Canada or Malaysia and you become friends with them. You build relationships, I would say.
How do you see it? Will the Crypto World belong to the #BUIDLer, regardless of how they build something?

vorige Woche habe ich ein Post geschrieben wo man sich Gedanken machen sollte über Steem und sein Wert. Einer der besten Kommentare kam von @schlafhacking. Sein Kommentar bezieht sich auf das nächste Schritt der Evolution der Cryptowelt. Heute die meisten sind bei #HODL. @schlafhacking hat #BUIDL erwähnt.
Ich fand seine Idee und Ansatzweise sehr interessant und konstruktiv. Ich frag mich wie viele Leute so denken und so auch die Cryptowelt sehen. Ich bin kein Trader sondern ein #HODLer der auch was bauen mag. Bin kein Softwareentwickler, aber man muss nicht nur Entwickler haben. Die sind das wichtigste Baustein weil ohne die gibt es auch keine Software.
Man sieht das der ganze Markt nach unten geht, und Steem wird dabei nicht geschont.
Das gute an diesen Sturz ist das der Markt von Spekulanten gesäubert wird. Klar wird es wie in den meisten Fällen die Unschuldigen am stärksten treffen. Die meisten die investiert haben, haben nur das gemacht um am schnellsten ans Geld zu kommen. Es war auch anlockend durch den riesen ROI das man hatte. Jetzt ist diese Zeit wahrscheinlich vorbei. Vielen werden nie zurück in die Cryptowelt kommen, das muss man auch sagen, aber die die nach diesem Sturm bleiben sind die Leute die daran glauben und die denken das man hier etwas bauen kann, #BUIDL wie schon erwähnt worden ist.
Nicht alle Leute auf der Welt sind technisch begabt, die wenigsten davon würde ich sagen, und darum finde ich Steem als einer der Projekte mit sehr viel Potential weil es verbindet die verschiedenen Welten. Hier findet jeder seinen Platz und man muss nicht unbedingt ein Crypto Fanatiker sein.
Deswegen verstehe ich nicht die Leute, die Steem aufgeben um weiterhin auf Snapchat, Facebook oder Instagram zu posten. Es bringt denen kein Geld, sondern ganz im Gegenteil, die bekommen mehr Werbung für Sachen die sie nicht brauchen.
Auf Steem kann man vieles bauen, abgesehen von den Apps die das wichtigste sind. Man kann Communities. Seitdem ich aktiv bin auf Steem, habe ich so viele Leute kennen gelernt aus den verschiedene Umfeldern wo ich keine Berührungspunkte bis jetzt hatte. Man lebt meistens in seinem kleinen Kreis von Leuten, die ungefähr die selben Sachen mögen und selben Leidenschaften haben. Mit Steemit kommt man in einer anderen Welt. Ich bin froh darüber so viele neue Leute kennengelernt zu haben. Man kommuniziert nicht nur übers Steem oder Disord, man ruft Leute an die im Kanada oder Malaisen leben und man schließt Freundschaften mit denen. Man baut Beziehungen, würde ich sagen.
