1. Your TRX dividends are nothing to do with the new token. So the Steem dividends you will receives is only if you are holding the new token. If you hold both ACOM DVD and the new token, you receive both dividends.
2. At this stage the plan is to launch Phase 2 once all 10,000 ACOM DVD are sold.
3. As we explained in the post there will be an airdrop. So in answer to your question yes there will absolutely be an advantage for people who invested at Phase 1, the more ACOM DVD you hold the more tokens you will receive in the airdrop.
4. The organic support will continue for all ACOM DVD holders until all ACOM DVD is sold.
